Shykh Seraj submits 56 recommendations for upcoming budget

Shykh Seraj, the presenter of a popular television programme on agriculture,  on Monday submitted 56  recommendations to the Finance Minister AMA Muhith for consideration in the upcoming national budget.
The recommendations are related to agriculture, poultry, fisheries and livestock sectors.
Seraj is a popular presenter of ‘Hridoye Mati O Manush’ programme broadcast by channel-i.
The 56-point recommendation includes 20 points for the agriculture sector, 12 points for the poultry sector, 13 for the fisheries sector and 11 for the livestock and dairy, according to a news agency.
Shykh Seraj also handed over a survey report to the Finance Minister based on pre-budget meetings on ‘Krishi Budget Krishoker Budget’ in five districts this time with the participation of some 22,000 farmers. The five districts where the meetings were held are Bhola, Sylhet, Brahmanbaria, Pabna and Jamalpur.
