Shykh Seraj's 67th birthday today

Shykh Seraj, an eminent media personality and agriculture development activist, stepped into his 67th year today (Monday).
He was born on September 07, 1954 in Chandpur district, said a press statement.
He received his master's in Geography from Dhaka University.
Since his student life, he was deeply involved with media with cultural and development activities.
He achieved popularity as the host of an agricultural documentary named 'Mati O Manush', aired on Bangladesh Television.
In 1995 at the age of 39, as the youngest ever, he received the second highest civilian honour 'Ekushey Padak' for his outstanding success in development journalism.
In 2018, he received the highest civilian honour of Bangladesh, Swadhinata Puroshkar-2018 in the field of agricultural journalism.
