SI held for shooting youth intentionally

Police arrested on Wednesday a sub-inspector of Sher-e-Banglanagar Police Station as he deliberately shot a youth due to previous enmity, reports UNB.
Officer-in-charge (OC) of the police station Abdul Momin was withdrawn and transferred to the Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police in connection with the incident.
Police said sub-inspector Anwar Hossain had an illicit relation with the wife of Shah Alam, an alleged mugger. He was wanted in several cases filed with different police stations.
