Siddik advances to top slot on 2nd day

Country's famed professional golfer Siddikur Rahman, who was in the joint 4th position on the first day, advanced to the top slot of the 5th Summit Open Golf on the 2nd day at the Kurmitola Golf Course in the city Tuesday, reports UNB.
Two international professional golf winner Siddikur Rahman scored (70+65) 135 with nine under par to clinch top slot displaying an outstanding performance on the 2nd day (Tuesday).
Dulal Hossain was in the 2nd position scoring (74+66) 140 with four under par; Zamal Hossain Mollah went down to the 3rd place from 2nd scoring (68+74) 142 with two under par.
Three players-Liton Hawlader (71+72) 143, Mohammad Sayum (69+74) 143 and Badal Hossain (67+76) with one under par each-shared the 4th place among the 64 competitors.
