Singapore willing to set up 2 power plants

Singapore is willing to join hands with Bangladesh in setting up two power plants -- each of having 700 megawatt capacity-- through joint venture in Bangladesh. Visiting Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Masagos Zulkifli Bin Masagos Mohamad conveyed the willingness when he met Foreign Affairs Minister AH Mahmood Ali and State Minister Shahriar Alam at the Foreign Ministry on Tuesday, according to a news agency.
