Singer EGM held

An Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Singer Bangladesh Limited was held on Thursday at the Trust Milonayaton, Shaheed Jahangir Gate in the city.
Shareholders of the company approved the special resolution for changing the denomination of shares of Singer Bangladesh Limited from the existing Taka 100 each to Taka 10 each, as per the directive of Securities and Exchange Commission.
A large number of shareholders attended in the meeting. Mr. Mahbub Jamil, Chairman of Singer Bangladesh bmited chaired the meeting.
