Singer wins ECRL-1 rating

Singer Bangladesh Limited (SBL) has recently been awarded long term rating of AAA and short term rating of ECRL-1 along with a stable outlook by Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL), said a press release. The assigned rating is based on financials of the company and other relevant qualitative information up to the date of rating.
The ECRL rating report stated that singer has positioned itself successfully through best brands, value for money, easy installment always, reliable and service oriented and country-wide retail network.
The report was formally handed over at a simple ceremony at Singer Corporate Office at Gulshan, Dhaka on Wednesday.
Dr Jamaluddin Ahmed, Chairman of Emerging Credit Rating Limited, handed over the Credit Rating Report to Mr AM Hamim Rahmatullah, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Singer Bangladesh Limited. Among others, Mr NKA Mobin Managing Director of Emerging Credit Rating Limited and senior officials of Singer Bangladesh Limited and ECRL were also present at the function.
