Sirajganj-3 MP Ishak Hossain passes away

Awami League leader of Sirajganj and member of the Parliament (MP) Ishak Hossain Talukder died of cardiac arrest at the age of 62 on Monday. Family members said Ishak Hossain had suffered pain in the chest at his residence in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila around 6:30pm. He died on the way to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital in Bogra. He is survived by his wife and two sons. Ishak Hossain, who came to his native home from Dhaka last week to celebrate Eid-ul-Azha in Sirajganj with his family, was elected MP on Jan 5, 2014, from Sirajganj-3 (Rayganj-Tarash) constituency, according to a news agency.
