Six firefighters of Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence receiving RTV Nirvic Sommanona awards in honour of their heroic roles in saving lives during fire incidents at a programme oponsored by RR Cable at Bengal Mutimedia Studio in the city's Tejgaon marking World Firefighters Day on Tuesday.
