Six fishermen go missing, as trawler capsizes in Patuakhali

PATUAKHALI, July 29 (UNB): Six fishermen went missing while nine others were rescued four days after a trawler capsized in the Bay of Bengal.
Quoting fishermen, Mahmud Hasan, officer-in-charge of Mahipur Police Station, said Abdur Rashid Majhi along with 14 others went to the Bay of Bengal for fishing on Thursday. On Friday morning, the trawler capsized in the Bay due to inclement weather. On Monday night, nine fishermen were rescued while drifting in the Bay.
