Six hurt as slum dwellers, ansar members clash in city

At least six people, including five ansar members, were injured as Korail slum dwellers clashed with the Ansar members in city's Mohakhali area Monday, reports UNB.
Sub-inspector (SI) Mahmudul Hasan of Banani Police Station said the residents of Korail slum attacked the Ansar members with brick chips when they tried to prevent the slum dwellers from making an illegal room on road at around 9.00 am which triggered a clash.
Five Ansar members-Feroz, Shimul, Abdul Aziz, Saidul Islam and Mannan and a slum dweller Jasim-were injured during the calsh.
