The six horses presented to Bangladesh Army from the Indian Army are coming today (Wednesday) through Benapole frontier, reports UNB.
During Army Chief General Moeen U Ahmed's visit to India last month at the invitation of Indian Army Chief Dipak Kapoor, the horses were presented to the Bangladesh Army as a gesture of goodwill and friendship.
"An officer of the Indian Army, ranked colonel, will hand over the horses formally to a Bangladeshi Army official of the same rank at Benapole border," said an ISPR press release.
