Six killed in Panchagarh road accident

PANCHAGARH, May 22 : At least six people, including two women and a child, were killed and two others injured when a truck rammed into a human hauler on the Panchagarh-Tentulia highway at Charmail in Sadar upazila Friday. The accident took place in the area around 10:45 am when the Tentulia-bound truck hit the human hauler coming from Jagadal Bazar, leaving six passengers of the human hauler dead on the spot and two others injured. The injured were rushed to Panchagarh Modern Hospital and then shifted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital. — UNB
