SJIBL donates Tk 0.5m to Thalassaemia Hospital

Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has donated Tk 0.5 million to Bangladesh Thalassaemia Hospital to facilitate and accelerate better treatment for Thalassaemia patients, said a statement.
Managing Director of the bank Farman R Chowdhury handed over the cheque for Tk 0.5 million to Omar Golam Rabbany, Chairman of Bangladesh Thalassaemia Hospital and President of Bangladesh Thalassaemia Samity at a ceremony organised by the hospital recently.
Among others, Project Development Consultant of Bangladesh Thalassaemia Hospital Dr AKM Ekramul Hossain Shawpan, VP and Head of Public Relations Division of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd Md Shamsuddoha and Executive Director of Bangladesh Thalassaemia Hospital and Treasurer of Bangladesh Thalassaemia Samity Engr Md Mosharraf Hossain were present on the occasion.
