Skipping breakfast: Unhealthy habit

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it gives an individual the energy required to kick-start the day on a positive note. Many people, especially from the young age groups, have a tendency to skip breakfast. This is very unhealthy. A proper breakfast is very necessary, as health experts always point out. A full, nutritious meal at the beginning of the day makes an individual energetic.
I enjoy my breakfast and never miss it. If I skip or have little food during breakfast, I feel lethargic and listless through the day.
People often wake up late and rush to work or academic institutions. In the process, they skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast increases chances of diabetes, obesity and heart diseases.
Adults need to discard such habits. Also, parents should ensure that their children do not leave the house without having a proper breakfast.
