SL central bank chief expects 2018 GDP growth of 5.0-5.5pc

COLOMBO, Feb 15 (Reuters): Sri Lanka's economic growth should be between 5 per cent and 5.5 per cent in 2018, its central bank governor said on Thursday.
"Forward-looking indicators are showing signs of improvements. First quarter 2018 output indicators look positive," Indrajit Coomara-swamy told reporters after the central bank held key monetary policy rates steady.
