Slaughtered body recovered in Magura

Police recovered the slaughtered body of a man from Bahirmallika-Khalpara village under Salikha Upazila of Magura district on Monday morning. The victim was Abbas Ali, 35, son of late Mandar Mullah of Satkhali-Singhespur village of the Upazila. Being informed, police rushed to the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Magura Sadar Hospital morgue, Officer-in-Charge of Salikha thana Biplab Kumar Nath said. He might have been killed by miscreants last night, the OC added. A case was filed in this connection, according to a news agency.
