Smart NID cards to help fight graft: PM

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said on Sunday that Smart National Identity (NID) cards would help contain crime and corruption in the country besides infusing dynamism into activities of different organisations both in the public and private sectors. The Prime Minister made the observation, when the features of the Smart NID Card were presented to her at the PMO. — UNB
