Smuggled goods worth Tk 7m seized

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel in ant- smuggling drives seized a large quantity of Indian smuggled goods and drugs worth about Tk 7.03 million from different areas of the Joypurhat district on Wednesday night. The goods are-140 litres kerosene oil, 497 bottles of phensidyl, wine, huge sex stimulating tablets, spices, different types of food, clothes, fruits, ornaments and others goods. The goods were handed over to Hilly custom office, according to a press release.
