Solaiman re-elected chairman of Mercantile Insurance

Alhaj Mohammad Solaiman has been unanimously re-elected the chairman of Mercantile Insurance Co Ltd.
The re-election took place at the 116th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held recently.
Mr Serajul Islam, Dr Md Mizanur Rahman and Mr Abdur Rahman were elected vice chairmen while Mr M Kamal Uddin was re-elected chairman of the executive committee in the same meeting.
Alhaj Mohammad Solaiman is also the chairman of the board audit committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd and founder director of Central Hospital, Eden Hospital and Hardco (International) School.
He is the managing director of Paradise Corporation and Paradise Electronics, a renowned business house of Chittagong.
