Son kills father in Jhalakathi

JHALKATHI, Nov 10 (BSS): A father was killed by his drug addicted son at Rola village under Rajapur upazila of the district this morning.
Officer-in-charge of Rajapur thana Masuduzzaman said, Kamal Hawlader, 25, asked his father Siraj Hawlader for money this morning. As the poor father refused to give money, Kamal hit his father with heavy stick, leaving him seriously injured.
Siraj died on way to Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital.
Police arrested Kamal from the village.
