Sonali Bank Limited organised a 'Customer Service Improvement' for its officers and staff working in the branches of Dhaka Metropolitan area as second officer, cash in-charge and in-charge of bills and remittances at ICMAB auditorium in the city Friday, said a press release.
Chaired by Sonali Bank General Manager (Dhaka Division) Mahe Alam, the conference was addressed, among others, by its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director SA Chowdhury as the chief guest, deputy managing directors Raihana Anisa Yusuf Ali and Kazi Faqurul Islam, and general managers Prodip Kumar Dutta, Md Abdus Salam and Md Mofizul Haque Bhuiyan.
The role of second officer, cash in-charge and in-charge of remittance department is as important as branch incumbent, the Sonali Bank CEO said.
