Sonali Bank holds monthly business assessment meet

RANGPUR, Apr 29 (BSS): The divisional monthly business meeting of the officials of the divisional, regional, corporate and district offices of Sonali Bank Limited (SBL) was held here today. SBL General Manager ANM Mashrurul Huda attended the meeting as the chief guest, while Deputy General Manager (In-charge) of Rangpur Divisional General Managers' Office AFM Asgar Ali chaired the meeting. General Manager of Rajshahi Divisional General Managers' Office of the bank Hassan Iqbal attended the business assessment meeting as the special guest. All regional chiefs, chiefs of all six principal offices, regional offices, corporate branches and branches and senior officials of the bank from all eight districts in Rangpur division took part in the meeting. The meeting assessed business situation and achievements of all regional, corporate, principal offices and branches of the SBL in the division until March-2011 put maximum emphasis on achieving all fixed business indexes during the current fiscal. Addressing the conference, the chief guest urged the bank's officials at all levels for disbursing maximum agri-loans, exploring newer prospective sectors, including the SME and agriculture, to expand investments for quicker economic advancements in Rangpur division. He directed the officials concerned for quicker digitalisation of all branches to provide the best services to the clients with full accountability and transparency for accelerating socio-economic development through playing their due roles.
