SONALI E-WALLET AWARDED AS 'BEST INNOVATION'

Sonali e-Wallet, the mobile app of Sonali Bank PLC, has been awarded as the best innovative initiative in the category of state-owned commercial banks. Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, has recognised the Sonali e-Wallet for its contribution to implementing the e-governance and innovation plans for 2023-24. On behalf of Sonali Bank Chief Executive Officer Md Afzal Karim, its Deputy General Manager Md Zahirul Islam received the best innovation award at a function at the Finance Ministry on Tuesday. Financial Institutions Division secretary Md Abdur Rahman Khan presided over the award distribution ceremony.
