Sonali Metro Cricket Academy earned an emphatic 93-run victory over ACC (Red) in the Super League of the 3rd Division qualifying cricket at the Uttara Cricket Ground in the city Wednesday, reports UNB.
Sent into bat first, Sonali Metro Cricket Academy were all out for 204 in 44.1 overs with Shariful contributing 65 runs. Shahadat claimed four wickets for 25 runs.
In reply, ACC (Red) were bundled out for 111 runs in 29.2 overs with Mushfiqur scoring 26 runs. Faisal took two wickets for 15 runs.
In the day's other Super League matches, Body Line Cricket Coaching School (113/5) outplayed Kalabagan Cricket Academy (111/10) by five wickets at the City Club Ground, BKSP (201/7) beat Altaf Cricket Foundation (199/10) by three wickets at the Dhanmondi Club Ground.
While Orient Cricket Academy (149/9) defeated Badda Jagarani Songsod (147/10) by two runs at the Dhaka University Ground.
