South Asia Ins to float IPO

South Asia Insurance Company Ltd will float shares in the stock markets.
A decision was taken in this regard at the 53rd board meeting of the company in the city recently, said a press release.
Chairman of the company Ghulam Akbar Chowdhury presided over the meeting.
South Asia Insurance Vice-chairman AHM Mahtabuddin, directors Anwar Ali Khan, Abu Mohd Chowdhury, Shahdab Akbar, Masud Ahmed, Nasiruddin Chowdhury, Kamaluddin and Shahabuddin Chowdhury, Adviser Abu Saleh and Managing Director Md Monjurul Haque attended.
