SOUTHEAST BANK AGM APPROVES 10PC DIVIDENDS

The 29th Annual General Meeting of Southeast Bank PLC was held virtually on Wednesday. Alamgir Kabir, Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Md. Akikur Rahman, Founder Chairman and Sponsor Director M. A. Kashem, ex-Chairman and Sponsor Director Azim Uddin Ahmed, Sponsor Directors Duluma Ahmed and Jusna Ara Kashem, Directors Rehana Rahman, Nasir Uddin Ahmed, and Md. Rafiqul Islam, Independent Director Mohammad Delwar Husain, Managing Director Nuruddin Md. Sadeque Hossain and Company Secretary A.K.M. Nazmul Haider joined the meeting. At the AGM, the shareholders approved 6 per cent cash dividend and 4 per cent stock dividend for the year 2023.
