Southeast Bank cash officers asked to hone tech, conceptual skills

Trainee cash officers of the Southeast Bank Limited have been advised to continue the search for knowledge to fit themselves with the technical and conceptual skills.
Managing Director of the bank Neaz Ahmed gave the advice while speaking at the certificate awarding ceremony of a six-day foundation training course on general banking organised by the bank's training institute in the city recently, said a press release.
He also advised the participants to utilise their acquired knowledge at work places with professional spirit to develop their banking career in a globalised, competitive scenario and ensure bank's sustained growth.
The managing director also laid emphasis on continuous training to help an individual to learn how to accomplish the assigned duties effectively and therefore to minimise the gap between the present and the desired levels of competence.
He further congratulated the participants for their successful completion of the course.
