Southeast Bank Limited Probationary Officers and Trainee Officers have been advised to search for knowledge relentlessly to improve the technical and conceptual skills.
Deputy Managing Director of the bank Syed Imtiaz Hasib gave the advice while speaking at the concluding function of a five-day Foundation Training on General Banking organised by the bank in the city recently, said a press release.
He also advised the participants to utilise their acquired knowledge at work places with professional spirit to build up their banking career in a globalised and competitive scenario and ensure bank's sustained growth.
Mr Hasib further stressed the need for continuous training to help an individual to learn how to accomplish the assigned duties effectively and therefore to minimise the gap between the present level of competence and the desired level of competence, the release added.
