Southeast Bank opens 2nd Off-shore Banking Unit

Southeast Bank Limited expanded its network further by opening its 2nd Off-shore Banking Unit at Chittagong EPZ Sunday.
In presence of Mahbubul Alam, Managing Director of the Bank, S. M. Abdur Rashid, General Manager, Chittagong EPZ, formally inaugurated the Off-shore Banking Unit. In the inaugural function, among others, Syed Imtiaz Hasib, Deputy Managing Director, S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Information Technology, Shahid Hossain, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources Division and Heads of Branches of Chittagong region of the Bank, customers, professionals and local industrialists were present.
In his speech, Mahbubul Alam, Managing Director highlighted the Bank's operational status and various financial products, services and future plans to serve the customers more effectively. He urged the local business communities, depositors and clients to avail modern banking services from this unit. Syed Imtiaz Hasib, Deputy Managing Director and Shahid Hossain, Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank addressed the audience in the inaugural function. S. M. Abdur Rashid, General Manager, Chittagong EPZ, Chittagong also spoke in the function and assured his whole hearted co-operation to the Bank.
