Southeast Bank opens 5th SME service centre in Sylhet

Southeast Bank Ltd has expanded network further by opening its fifth SME service centre at Biswanath in Sylhet recently.
Ragib Ali, vice chairman of the bank, formally inaugurated the new SME service centre, said a press release.
Md Syed Shahid Ali and MA Ahad, directors of the bank, Bimolendu Dey, former sponsor director, Mohammed Gofran, senior executive vice president and head of credit division, Muhammad Shahjahan, SEVP and company secretary, Shahid Hossain, SEVP and head of human resources division, senior executives of Sylhet region, businessmen, customers, and local elite were present in the inaugural function.
Mostafa Kamal, renowned poet of the country, also attended the inaugural function.
Mr Ragib Ali, in his speech, highlighted the operational status, financial products, services and future plans of the bank to serve the customers more efficiently.
He urged the local businessmen and clients to avail themselves of modern banking services from the bank's Biswanath SME service centre. The incharge of the SME service centre offered vote of thanks at the function.
The programme ended with a Munajat seeking divine blessings for the well-being of the bank.
