Southeast Bank wins SAFA Award for best presented annual reports

Southeast Bank Limited (SEBL) has been awarded First Runner Up Award under the category of Private Sector Banks and Joint Second Runner Up under the category of SAARC Anniversary Award for Corporate Governance for "Best Presented Annual Report 2016" by South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA). SAFA exclusively analyzed the Bank's Annual Report-2016 and bestowed the prestigious awards on the Bank for its outstanding performance, encouraging financial results and indicators, sufficient disclosures for all stockholders and its commitment to achieving further excellence in corporate governance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Muhammad Shahjahan, Additional Managing Director and Company Secretary of Southeast Bank Limited received the awards from Tanka Moni Dangal, Auditor General of Nepal in a ceremony held recently at Hotel Soaltee Crowne Plaza in Kathmandu, Nepal.
