Speaker leaves for Paris to attend confce on Rohingyas

Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury left Dhaka for Paris on Wednesday to attend a conference on Rohingya crisis, reports UNB.
The conference titled 'International Conference on the Rohingya's situation in Burma and Bangladesh' will be held at the National Assembly in Paris tomorrow (Friday).
The Speaker will attend the conference at the invitation of French Parliament to be hosted by the France-Bangladesh Friendship Group, said an official.
Human rights advocate and Noble Peace Laureate 2003 Dr Shirin Ebadi will present the keynote paper at the conference.
