Special Court-4 adjourns BDR Mutiny Trial proceedings until Feb 14

RANGAMATI, Dec 30: The Special Court-4 of BDR Mutiny Trial adjourned today the proceedings until February 14, completing hearing depositions of 12 witnesses out of 18.
The verdict on the case of 12 Rifle Battalion may be delivered on February 14.
The trial of 75 alleged mutineers of 9 Rifle Battalion of Marisya Zone began on the day at the court at Mechanical Transport Shed at Rangamati sector headquarters.
The court also passed an order for the arrest of the alleged 58 BDR personnel and to produce them along with the 17 mutineers who are now in Rangamati jail before the court tomorrow (Thursday).
