SQ Chy declines to attend trial

War criminal accused BNP MP Salauddin Quader Chowdhury on Wednesday declined to face the trial until his terms and conditions are fulfilled, reports UNB. "It won't be possible for me to attend the trial session from now on unless my terms and conditions are met," SQ Chodhury told the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) while concluding his submissions seeking stay on further proceedings and recalling cognisance of the offence against him without his presence.
