Squad named for 2nd Test against SA

Bangladesh Cricket Board on Saturday announced a 14-member national team for the second Test against South Africa (SA) which will begin on Thursday (July 30). The squad remained unchanged that played against the visiting South African team in the rain-hit first Test of their two-match Test series. The first Test ended in a draw on Day-5 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong on Saturday. According to the schedule announced by the BCB in the afternoon, the Tigers-Proteas 2nd Test will kick off at 9:30am on July 30 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka, if rain doesn’t intervene.
Bangladesh team: Mushfiqur Rahim (captain), Tamim Iqbal, Imrul Kayes, Liton Kumar Das, Mominul Hoque, Shakib Al Hasan, Mahmudullah Riyad, Soumya Sarker, Nasir Hossain, Taijul Islam, Zubaer Hossain, Rubel Hossain, Mohammad Shahid and Mustafizur Rahman.
