Squally weather may affect ports

Weather officials warned Friday of strong monsoon and
continuation of deep convective clouds over the north Bay, which may trigger a squally weather. "Squally weather may affect the ports," said a Met office forecast. Maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Mongla have been advised to hoist cautionary signal three. All fishing-boats and trawlers over the north Bay have been advised to come close to the coast and "proceed with caution" until further notice. — UNB
