SSC, equivalent exams results out

The results of this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations are out. Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid formally handed over the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at 10:00am on Saturday. This year, a total of 1,432,727 students under 10 educational boards had been registered from 27,489 institutions across the country for the examinations that began on February 9 and ended on March 20. The SSC examinations of 2014 were held under creative question papers except Bangla 2nd paper, English 1st and 2nd papers, and Mathematics. An Education Ministry press release said after handing over this year's SSC exams results to the Prime Minister, Education Minister Nahid unveiled the same at a press briefing at his Secretariat office.
