SSC results under Sylhet Board

About one third of the total number of examinees could not pass the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination this year. The overall results of the SSC are not satisfactory, because the percentage of passes in the related examinations under the country's eight general education boards is 67.41 while the rate was 70.81 in the last year under seven education boards.
The Sylhet Board secured the top position among the eight general education boards with a pass rate of 78.71 this year while the rate of the same board was the lowest last year.
So, could we say the examinees of the Sylhet board adopted unfair means in the examinations this year!
