St. Joseph School, Duke of Edinburgh's Foundation sign deal

An Award Centre Sub-License signing ceremony took place between The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh and St. Joseph International School on the school premises in the city on Thursday, says a statement.
Br Chandon Benedict Gomes CSC, principal of St. Joseph International School, and Rizwan Bin Farouq, member, Board of Trustees of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh, signed the documents on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the agreement, St. Joseph International School will offer The Duke of Edinburgh's International award programme for its students from now on.
The award is a global non-formal education framework that challenges young people aged 14 - 24 to discover their potential . It is a compact self-development programme equipping young people with holistic knowledge uptake to make and lead a better world through facilitating versatile flavours of experiential learning.
