Stabbed by miscreants, man dies at DMCH

A man, stabbed by local miscreants in Kuril Bishwa Road in the city on October 3, succumbed to his injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Tuesday afternoon. The dead is Alimun Rajib, 32, son of Abur Rahim of Rajabari Uttar Khan in the city. Sources at Vatara Police Station said a gang of 0/10 identified miscreants, equipped with sharp weapons, swooped on Alimun in Shingbari in Kuril Bishwa Road area on October 3. The miscreants stabbed Alimun indiscriminately, leaving him grievously injured. Locals rescued Alimun and took him to the DMCH, where he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday afternoon, according to a news agency.
