StanChart launches Financial Kiosk

Standard Chartered Bank Tuesday launched Financial Kiosk- first of its kind ever launched in Bangladesh.
This first Kiosk is located in Khilgaon, Taltola (opposite to Khilgaon DCC Market); equipped with an ATM, a Billspay Machine, a Contact Centre Hotline & an Internet Banking Kiosk and there are Service Staffs to support customer queries and requests. This is located absolutely close to the neighborhood of the customer so that they can enjoy the great convenience for their banking needs & financial solutions.
This Financial Kiosk was inaugurated by Mr. Chowdhury Mohidul Haque, Executive Director, Bangladesh Bank. Mr. Jim McCabe, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sandeep Bose, Head of Consumer Banking of Standard Chartered Bank & other senior officials of both the organizations & local distinguished guests were present.
Mr. Bose said, "A key pillar of the Bank's strategy is 'Customer Centricity" and over the past, Consumer Banking has taken many steps on our journey towards becoming a business that effectively puts its customers at the heart of everything we do. Launching this first Financial Kiosk across key locations is another landmark in this journey forward & we will bring another 30 such Kiosks across the country. Let me reiterate, we are here for our customer & we are here for good."
