StanChart Regional Chief Executive due today

Mr. Neeraj Swaroop, Regional Chief Executive, India and South Asia of Standard Chartered Bank arrives in Dhaka today (Tuesday) for a two day official visit.
During his visit, he will meet Bangladesh Bank senior officials and several external stakeholder of Standard Chartered Bank.
Neeraj Swaroop is Regional Chief Executive South Asia (which includes India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Afghanistan) for Standard Chartered Bank. Mr. Swaroop's career spans over 28 years with the last 19 years spent in the Indian Banking Industry. He is a seasoned banker having worked previously with Bank of America and HDFC Bank. In his current role, he is responsible for Standard Chartered Bank's operations in India and South Asia. Mr. Swaroop holds a MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad and is an engineering graduate from IIT Delhi.
