Jungkiu Choi, Group Head of Consumer Banking (CB) Strategy, Business Development and Re-engineering is in Dhaka for a brief visit.
During his stay in Dhaka, he will be reviewing Standard Chartered Consumer Banking business and strategies in Bangladesh and meet external stakeholders of the Bank.
Jungkiu Choi joined Standard Chartered in September 2007 and led Group Strategy about a year and half before he moved to Consumer Banking recently.
As Group Head of Strategy, he was responsible for Group's overall strategy, developing inorganic strategy (acquisitions and joint ventures at Group level) and securing transformation on core priority businesses/countries/functions. In addition, Jungkiu worked closely with CB Strategy and WB Strategy to keep the consistency of the each strategy.
