STANDARD BANK HOLDS 24TH AGM

The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Standard Bank Limited was held on a digital platform on Monday. Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, presided over the meeting where Managing Director & CEO Md Habibur Rahman was also present. The shareholders present at the AGM approved 2.5 per cent stock and 2.5 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022 and the special resolution to change the name of Standard Bank Ltd. to Standard Bank PLC.
