Standard Bank holds 68th EC meeting

Standard Bank Limited (SBL) held its 68th executive committee (EC) meeting at the bank's head office in the city Wednesday, said a press release.
SBL Executive Committee Chairman Ferdous Ali Khan presided over the meeting.
Among others, Managing Director SA Farooqui, DMD Md Nazmus Salehin and Board Secretary AFM Nizamul Islam Chowdhury of the bank were present at the meeting.
The meeting was also attended by members of the committee Abdul Ahad, Md Zahedul Haque, Md Yousuf Chowdhury, Md Humayun Kabir and Shaikh Mesba Uddin.
The EC took various important decisions on bank's investment policy in the field of trade, commerce and industries and approved proposals received from different branches in respect of financing of working capital for industries and other import, export and commercial trading businesses in the said meeting.
