STANDARD BANK LAUNCHES REMITTANCE SERVICES THROUGH BKASH

Standard Bank Limited has launched international remittance services through bKash. Md Habibur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, and Ali Ahmmed, Chief Commercial Officer of bKash, officially inaugurated the service recently at a ceremony held at the Head Office of the bank in Dhaka. Under this arrangement, Bangladeshi expatriates will now be able to send money to their beneficiaries' bKash accounts from banks and exchange houses having agreements with Standard Bank, including Standard Express USA and Standard Exchange Co. UK.
