Street, wall paintings by 'Prajanmo'

Prajanmo Abashik Elaka Kollyan Songho, an organisation of the youths at the Journalists' Housing, Mirpur-11, Dhaka, drew wall and street paintings in observance of the Independence Day on Saturday, under the auspices of Asian Paints.
Senior residents of the Journalists Housing including former state minister and freedom fighter Didar Bakth, senior journalist and Liberation War organiser Mr Ziaul Huq, senior journalist and freedom fighter Mr Akram Hossain Khan and Secretary General of the Sectors Commanders' Forum Mr Harun Habib were present at the inaugural session of the event.
Secretary of the organisation Mr Jishan Ahmed Kushol said they will always try to imbue the young generation with the spirit of Liberation War and help them become worthy citizens of the country.
President of the Kollyan Songho Mr Shawkat Hossain Khan presided over the event that was attended by children and youths of the locality.
