Student beaten to death in C\\\'nawabganj

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Jan 17 (BSS): A student, who was beaten up by some miscreants on Thursday at Shibganj, succumbed to his injuries at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital last night.
The deceased was identified as Rajan Ali Rocky, 15, a student of class nine and son of local Awami League leader Ruhul Amin inhabitant of Sheikhtola area under Shibganj municipality.
Police said the miscreants beat Rocky in the area while he was returning home from school on Thursday, leaving him critically injured.
Rocky was rushed to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries last night.
