Summit Power appoints Prime Finance as its issue manager for rights issue

Summit Power Limited, a power generating company ventured by Summit Group, has appointed Prime Finance and Investment Limited, one of the leading non-banking financial institutions and merchant bank, as the manager to the issue for its forthcoming rights issue to its existing shareholders.
In this connection Prime Finance and Investment Limited and Summit Power Limited signed the issue management and underwriting agreements recently in a simple ceremony held in the city recently. Tauhidul Islam, managing director of Summit Power Limited, and Acting Managing Director of Prime Finance and Investment Limited Md. Akter H Sannamat signed the agreements on behalf of their respective organisations.
Summit Power Limited Directors Syed Fazlul Haque and Jafer Ummed Khan and Senior Vice President of Prime Finance and Investment Limited Moin Al Kashem and Vice President Md Rezaul Haque were also present on the occasion.
